OMGL has been one of the promising ventures in the field of Metal Refineries. The Company is primarily engaged in Import-Export and Domestic Trading of Bullion (Gold/Silver), Jewellery – Plain and Studded with Diamonds, Cut & Polished Diamonds, Precious / Semi Precious Stones across the nation as well as in foreign counties. For this, the company has established Gold refinery in Rudrapur – Uttarakhand. 

As a latest initiative, the company has indulged into the business of Agri Commodities with products like Grain, Sugar, Spices, Oil and Oilseed, and Cotton Complex. We have a customer base of top corporates like Adani Wilmar Ltd in Castor seed, Mangal Globe Enterprise Ltd, Tirupati Corporation and Khodal Export.

OMGL Refinery was incorporated on June 03, 2015 in the state of Rajasthan, India, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with an object of trading in Precious Metals, Precious Stones, Agricultural Products as well as Brokers, Sub Brokers in Commodities in Spot Markets and Futures and all kinds of Derivatives products. As a strategic diversification business plan, the Company, in the year 2011-12, ventured into the business of Export-Import of Gold, Silver, Diamond, Gems, Jewellery, Bullion Trading and such other Precious Stones and Metals, Agro Commodities etc., by amending its object clause and thereby applied to the Govt. of India, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Office of the Development Commission.

The Government granted its permission vide “Star Trading House” to the Company.  By the virtue of Star Trading House status in the Gem & Jewellery sector & as per the Import/Export policy the company had been awarded the status of “NOMINATED AGENCY” wherein the Company could Import Gold/Silver directly in the country.
